Dill Diniz is a teacher and has been working with bodybuilding for over 20 years. He acted as a bodybuilder federated by NABBA/WFF Brasil and also refereed by WBBF/WFF Brasil. He developed the PROEM (Monitored Weight Loss Program), a program developed for gyms, creator of the F.B.R. (Relative Gross Force), Relative Strength Championship, also developed for academies and free bodies, public that are interested in the sport. Dill Diniz was the first Personal Trainer in Brazil to take a disabled woman to the competitor in Fisicultur Brasileiro, this great achievement was in 2013, where other athletes later appeared so there were only disabled men competing. Dill works as a Personal Train, training projects in Nutrition and is learning training, consulting on projects with a diet.

Personal Double Training

In this plan you train with a friend at the same time, Dill Diniz is available to give training to both of you at the same time, with specific training for each, using the same App with the same resources as in the Personal Training plan, however, the advantage for both, both student and Personal, is the value, the student pays cheaper for the class shared with a friend and the Personal earns more for working a little more.

Personal Triplo Circuit

This plan as in the Personal Double Training plan you share the class with two more friends, the difference is that the App will not be available in this plan, they are circuit training with your friends. It has the same advantage of being more affordable in terms of values, more than in Personal Double Training, because you share the class with two more friends.

Personal App Trainer

This plan is for you who already have basic knowledge and just want specific training for your goals, set up by those who understand the subject. This training will be available in an exclusive App and through it you will have all the information about your training, with a timer for exercise intervals, videos showing the exercises, if you don't know, load control and much more...

Personal Training Musician

I've already ventured out as a musician and I know very well what it's like to perform on stage, it's not easy.
